Louie is a young boy who has just moved from one neighborhood in New York City to a new neighborhood. He doesn’t know the other kids in his new neighborhood so he makes a diarama and pretends to fly in a little red airplane back to his old home. It’s Halloween night and all the children are dressed up in costume. After meeting up with friends they decide to go to Ziggies house, but he lives in a rough neighborhood and the kids are all a little afraid to go there. Some scary music and dark shadows turn out to be just the thing Louie needs to get the confidence to meet new friends. The music is written by Stephan Schwartz and is fantastic!
